Getting started

    Identify the apps you need to sync (e.g., HubSpot and Google Sheets, Salesforce and Mailchimp)

    Create a Zap with the source app as the trigger (e.g., new or updated contact in HubSpot)

    Add a search step to check if the record already exists in the destination app

    Use a Paths step: if the record exists, update it; if not, create a new one
