Create a new dashboard

Go to Reporting → Dashboards and click 'Create dashboard'. Choose from a template (Marketing, Sales, Service) or start with a blank dashboard.

Add reports

Click 'Add report' and choose from the report library or create a custom report. Common reports: deal pipeline, email performance, traffic analytics, lead source breakdown, and conversion funnels.

Build custom reports

For custom reports, choose the data source (contacts, deals, activities), add filters, select a chart type (bar, line, funnel, table), and configure the metrics. Cross-object reports combine data from multiple sources.

Share and schedule

Share dashboards with your team and set up recurring email reports. Choose daily, weekly, or monthly delivery. Each recipient can also access dashboards directly in HubSpot.
